Further defining a reputation of authenticity, Villa Toscana the award-wining Tuscan style restaurant in the heart of Abu Dhabi welcomes a festival exclusively dedicated to Italian cheeses from 14th to 26th May, 2017.

Available daily from 7.00pm to 11.00pm Italian aficionados can expected a live station led by Chef Stefano, Chef Rosario and the Villa Toscana family as they present the finest flavours and cheese selections in an array of fresh preparations.

Italian’s are passionate about festival celebrations, traditionally most towns and villages have regular festivities revolving around love of food and grape. Since Italy is one of the leading producers of cheese in the world, with production for over 3,000 years and today over 37 varieties, cheese festivals are part of the culture in many regions including Tuscany, Umbria and Sicily. Villa Toscana’s festival highlights the restaurants ongoing commitment to bringing truly traditional Italian tastes to the capital. During the daily celebration guests can try a variety of burrata and Italian cheese flavours and dishes including noteworthy mozzarella highlights. Made with buffalo milk, mozzarella is a specialty of the Campania region, located in the southern part of Italy.
