Punjab Grill
Set in the stunning Venetian Village Punjab Grill takes you on a culinary journey into the grandeur of undivided Punjab. The experience is an exploration of the extraordinary diversity of the frontier region’s food and the rich influences of Pathani, Punjabi and Haryanvi cuisine. Signature bites include tawa scallops, salmon tikka, chaamp taajdar (signature braised and char grilled lamb chops), raan-e-sikandari (cinnamon and cardamom flavoured whole lamb leg), coconut prawns and karavali lobster. Renowned across the Indian subcontinent for gourmet fine dining and with restaurants worldwide, its presence in Venetian Village has been an enormous success.  If you are looking for a fusion of Indian cuisine, set in sophisticated décor with canal views, look no further than Punjab Grill.

Since its launch, Tamba has been the place to see and be seen. The décor is stunning, its loft-style setting makes this venue perfect for drinks or dinner. The menu features an ingenious reinterpretation of the flavours of the subcontinent, with a contemporary twist.
Tamba’s dishes combine the finest seasonal ingredients with a precise, exquisite technique and beautiful presentation. The menu encourages sharing and experimentation, retaining the social aspect of traditional Indian dining. What makes Tamba standout from other Indian restaurants are the desserts. Themed around a story of love and heartbreak we can guarantee that these desserts will be a talking point.

Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor
Celebrity Indian Chef Sanjeev Kapoor has his restaurant, Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor located in Nation Galleria on the Corniche. Describing his food as ‘art on a plate’ we couldn’t agree more. This talented Chef has created a menu that is authentic to its core but dazzled in his signature creative flair. The restaurants décor is traditional but with a modern influence.
