NYE At VaKaVa Restaurant And Lounge At Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is delighted to announce that VaKaVa, the lavish Pan American grill and lounge, will be hosting spectacular New Year’s Eve festivities on December 31st.

There seems no better way to turn the 2020 page than with a glass of bubbles, followed by a divine selection of dishes especially curated for the occasion by VaKaVa Head Chef, Richard Sandoval.

The four-course menu has been devised in sharing style to create a relaxed and convivial dining experience for guests. To kick off the festivities, a selection of sea food starters including Oysters and Ceviche will be served, alongside the hugely popular Smoked Guacamole. This will be followed by a flight of hot starters including, Beef Filet Anticucho, Crispy Prawns and Corn Empanadas.

For the main event, guests will have the great pleasure of indulging in a Parrillada Mixta; a selection of the finest Wagyu Beef, Argentinian Rib Eye, tender Lamb Chops and Achiote marinated Chicken, bursting with flavour. On the side, guests shall find a beautiful Kale Salad, Steamed Asparagus, and Potatoes three ways.

To conclude this spectacular and ultimate dining experience of 2020, diners can expect two wonderfully indulgent desserts: a Red Velvet, Tres Leches Cake with Coconut Ice-Cream and Strawberries, in addition to the all-time favourite, Churros with Goat’s Cheese Ice-Cream and Tres Leches sauce.

Younger guests will be invited to pick their preferred dishes from the children’s menu, whilst diners opting for the ‘a la carte’ menu will be advised that there is an AED 350 minimum spend per person in place.

Dinner service: from 7.00pm to 11.00pm. Four course set menu cost: AED 475 per person, including food and a glass of bubbles on arrival. A la carte menu available for children. A la carte dining menu available: minimum spend of AED 350 per person in the restaurant area.

New Year’s Eve at the VaKaVa Lounge

Should guests wish to ring in the New Year in a glamorous atmosphere with plenty of food and beverage options to choose from, VaKaVa is the ideal place to celebrate.

Opening for dinner from 7.00pm, guests will be able to indulge in the central American culinary creations of Chef Richard Sandoval and his team. Guests will have the choice to select their favourite dishes from the ‘a la carte’ menu, bearing in mind an AED 250 minimum spend per person is in place.

The resident DJ will liven the atmosphere from 8.00pm, celebrate the arrival of 2021 at midnight and will keep everyone thoroughly entertained until closing at 1.00am.
