Designed around the idea of a collective of culinary artisans, the new menu showcases the individual expertise of the chefs behind each dish while staying true to Turtle Bay’s signature style. Among the highlights is the Beef Tartare, elevated with bone marrow, confit egg yolk and parmesan tuile, while sushi lovers will want to try the Lobster Maki, layered with lobster tempura, avocado, shiso and citrus mayonnaise. For those looking to indulge, The Bay is the ultimate showstopper, featuring wagyu striploin, Canadian lobster, foie gras and black truffle.
