Calling all foodie aficionados, Chef’s Table Dining Series, part of Abu Dhabi Culinary Season, brought to you by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi in collaboration with Dining and Nightlife Middle East will launch with its first campaign ‘Travel Through Food’ on 1st August 2020.
The month long campaign will take guests on a gastronomical journey as Abu Dhabi’s best chefs create a range of mesmerising menus, highlighting the Capitals diverse culinary talent. Eleven fine-dining establishments have been handpicked to showcase the best of Abu Dhabi’s dining scene.
Participating restaurants include Middle Eastern restaurant Tean at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort, L.A favorite, BOA Steakhouse set in the tranquil Eastern Mangroves Promenade, the jewel of Italian cuisine, Cipriani, Abu Dhabi’s latest addition, Fouquet’s, Cantonese inspired street food at Dai Pai Dong, Rosewood Abu Dhabi, Japanese flair at Aja & Teppenyaki located at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, Peruvian cuisine at COYA Abu Dhabi, Asian flavors at Sontaya set in The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, modern Indian flavors at Punjab Grill, sensational steaks at The Forge at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal and a European excursion at Market Kitchen in Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi.
Travel Through Food will take diners on a culinary quest through a variety of continents as chefs will be challenged to push the boundaries of their culinary finesse as they create never seen before menus for guests to experience.
Menus will offer 5 delectable courses; guests will have the option of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Each menu is priced AED 350 for the 5 courses.
