Situated in the heart of Yas Marina, the iconic Cipriani Yas Island is participating in Chef’s Table Dining Series – ‘Travel Through Food’, the UAE capital’s special one-month-long themed culinary event.
Epicurean lovers can feast upon a carefully curated five-course menu of traditional Italian family recipes and flavors until 31 August 2020.
This year’s theme is ‘Travel Through Food’ and guests dining at the elegant restaurant can expect to be taken on a gastronomical journey celebrating the very best of Cipriani’s world-renowned cuisine – simple Italian food, made to perfection.
Diners will have the chance to choose between two sublime dishes per course, with the menu featuring classics such as “Capaccio Alla Cipriani”, inspired by Venetian painter Vittore Carpaccio, famed for his use of red and white shades and invented by Giuseppe Cipriani, the founder of Harry’s Bar, this signature appetizer consists of Thinly Sliced Sirloin drizzled with Cipriani’s special sauce, and main courses such as the Fillet of Branzino “alla Carlina” with Rice Pilaf – a perfectly Pan-Seared Fillet of Branzino dressed with one of the most storied Cipriani sauces. The dessert selection includes the timeless Cipriani Vanilla Meringue, delighting guests at Harry’s Bar in Venice, this cloud-like sponge cake is layered with Chantilly Cream and topped with a Soft Torched Meringue.
The five-course menu is priced at AED 350 per person, allowing guests to savor the very best of Cipriani’s famous à la carte menu like never before.
