Tori No Su’s Nihon Hiru Brunch – Abu Dhabi

Jumeirah at Etihad Towers dining destination, Tori No Su is launching its brand-new Japanese-themed brunch this Friday, 25th September. Paying tribute to the true essence of Japanese culture in the finest of settings, the Nihon Hiru brunch is set to offer something new to the city’s brunch scene!

Set to raise the bar, the Nihon Hiru (meaning Japanese afternoon/ midday) brunch will run every Friday from 12.30pm to 4.00pm, where Kaiseki-trained Chef, Ando Takashi and his award-winning team will whisk you away to the heart of Japan, with a hand-crafted menu featuring a range of eclectic flavors.

Guests can expect an unparalleled experience, through a series of perfectly paired courses. The journey will begin with an array of starters such as Japanese favorites Miso Soup, Prawn and Scallop Gyozas and Chicken Harumaki. Followed by delicious main courses including Grilled Salmon with Miso Mayonnaise, Tuna Steak, Beef Yakisoba and Chicken Teriyaki. Plus, in addition diners will be able to enjoy the sushi and sashimi station, as well as yakitori station.

Guests are also advised to save room for dessert with delectable dishes on the menu including Matcha Tiramisu and Hot Chocolate Pudding. The bespoke menu showcases the art of Japanese cuisine and features delicate and elegant dishes, hand-crafted from the freshest and rarest ingredients.

Foodies will be able to pick from two select packages at 250 AED per person (inclusive of soft drinks), or upgrade to the 350 AED per person (inclusive of international and Japanese beverages for three hours).
