Valentine’s Dinner at Sontaya
Offering the perfect romantic backdrop complete with shimmering sunset views, stunning floating pavilions and atmospheric notes from a live entertainment, Sontaya’s Valentine’s Day dinner invites couples to escape together and experience the magic of Southeast Asia.
Encompassing five sumptuous courses, the decadent themed set menu includes elegant appetisers such as Oysters and Lobster salad, heart-warming Oxtail Broth Soup, and a choice of tempting main courses including Lemon Salt-Baked Cod, Braised Wagyu Cheeks and Thai Vegetable Green Curry.
Finally, the evening is drawn to a close with the glorious Rouge Bubble dessert, featuring coconut parfait, pandan poached berries and strawberry ice cream.
Available to enjoy exclusively on Monday, February 14th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and 9:00pm to 11:30pm, the Valentine’s Dinner at Sontaya is priced AED 450 including a glass of bubbly and AED 595 including bubbly plus selected beverages.
Nikkei Brunch at Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi
Providing an elevated weekend gathering full of superb flavours and unforgettable memories, The Nikkei Brunch highlights the magical tastes of Japanese and Peruvian cooking with a curated menu boasting over 20 sumptuous and artistic dishes.
Now, in celebration of the UAE’s new weekly routine, the distinguished brunch is delighted to announce that it will now take place every Saturday from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
Served out on the wide-open terrace, located just steps from the pristine white sands of the resort’s private beach, or inside in the chic and warm indoors of the restaurant, the culinary journey can be enjoyed as an electric evening event. Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi’s skilful resident DJ enhances the mood with a melodic mix of deep house beats, providing the perfect soundtrack for an evening of socialising, before gradually building up the alluring tunes to instil a livelier vibe.
The rich and varied world of Nikkei food fuses authentic Peruvian ingredients with Japanese cooking techniques, and Head Chef Renzo Reyes’ exquisite brunch menu takes diners on an enlightening voyage through the most amazing aspects of this charming cuisine. Highlights include the ‘From the sea to your plate’ platter of Veggie Ceviche, Tuna Midori Ceviche and Salmon Truffle Tataki, delicious bites like authentic Beef Aged Gyoza and Prawn Tempura, and aromatic palate pleasers including Beef Robatayaki and Black Pepper Chicken. The Nikkei Brunch can be savoured every Saturday from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Packages start from AED 375 for food and soft beverages to AED 495 for food and selected beverages.
Bubbly Ballerina Hour At The Manhattan Lounge
This February, couples and individuals are invited to spend a magical night immersed in an exclusive ballerina performance.
Celebrating the power and beauty of dance, the intimate display is further accentuated with bubbly and pass-around canapés and caviar. Set within the sophisticated and palatial atmosphere of The Manhattan Lounge, the unforgettable evening will be opened in glamorous style with a re-enactment of the traditional St. Regis Bubbles Sabering ritual.
Providing a lavish array of sweet and savoury light bites, guests are invited to relish palate pleasers such as Caviar Buckwheat Blinis, Black Truffle Brie with Olive Oil Caviar, and miniature desserts like Raspberry Tart And Blueberry Cheesecake.
The Bubbly Ballerina Hour evening will take place on Sunday, February 13th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, priced AED 350 per person and AED 650 per couple.
