The St. Regis Abu Dhabi announced
its latest appointment of Chef Joseph Murphy for the position of Executive Chef.
Seasoned, British Chef Joseph, comes with almost 20 years of international
experience as a chef in the luxury hospitality industry. Starting his career at
the Sheraton Grand London, Park Lane in 2001.
Numerous roles both at home and abroad have ensured
Chef Joseph Murphy is no stranger to working in some of the world’s most
prestigious hotels. British National Joseph’s Murphy’s profile includes the
Langham Hotel, also in London as well as a role at The Sheraton on the Park in
Sydney, Australia. The hotel’s new head chef’s most recent postings have been
in the Middle East for The St. Regis Hotels and Resorts as well as the Marriott
brand.
Chef Joseph will be responsible across all culinary
areas in The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, including the hotel’s six popular restaurants and bars as well as
its large banqueting operation. A perfectionist who always gives 100 per cent
at work, Joseph enjoys his job immensely. He finds it empowering to be able to
share his knowledge and experience with his team.
As Joseph arrives to the United Arab Emirates for the first time he will
continue to maintain and enhance the standard for luxury in the capital with exceptional,
unique dining experiences The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is known for.

In his new role, Executive Chef Joseph
