The Oberoi, Dubai located at the business district of Downtown Dubai, is back with its popular Seafood and BBQ Night, boasting a range of freshly caught seafood grilled to perfection. Guests will enjoy locally sourced delights from fresh fish, Omani lobster, prawns to jumbo squid.

Alongside the sure to be popular Seafood and BBQ Night, The Oberoi, Dubai has also launched its Sundowners Evening Brunch which will take place every Friday from 7.00pm to 11.00pm. Highlighting a multitude of gastronomic delights from South America and Spain plus healthy salads, kebabs from India and Persia, Pan-American hot selections, curries from Asia, salmon yakitori from Japan, German flammkuchen, Italian thin crust pizzas, risotto plus signature dishes, drinks, music, and more.

Sundowners Evening Brunch offers interactive buffet counters with salads, appetizers and desserts and unlimited main courses from the a la carte brunch menu. Both exclusively themed dining experiences are packaged with creative beverages curated by the in-house mixologist.

“The key to a great barbecue is sealing in the flavor,” says Head Chef Saneesh Varghese. Head Chef Saneesh boasts 20 years of culinary experience. Having a decorated career, Saneesh has, for many of his pervious international and local appointments, won several awards. Chef Saneesh’s eagerness to further explore Western cooking techniques has driven him to some of the best kitchens around the globe, including, 3 Michelin star Georges Blanc restaurant in Vonnas, France, the legendary Badrutts Palace Hotel at St. Moritz, Switzerland to the Myconian Villa Collection Hotels at Elia Beach, Mykonos Island, Greece.

Chef Saneesh and his team will be on hand to assist you with the best marinade pairings complimenting the great array of meats from Argentinian beef, Australian lamb to locally farmed chicken and more. However, be sure to try Chefs recommendation of lobster with Thai herb marinade, chicken with Cajun rub, beef with smoked BBQ marinade, salmon with ginger sesame marinade and lamb with homemade fiery chipotle.
