SUCRE has introduced a new set menu featuring a selection of the restaurant’s signature dishes. Fernando Trocca created his own ‘Taste Of Sucre’, which aims to gather family and friends together every weekend for a remarkable culinary experience inspired by Latin American heritage offering a wide selection of the restaurant’s most selling dishes.
With bold flavour combinations, bright colours, and excellent presentation, the new two-course menu at SUCRE offers a fresh take on Latin culture rooted in generations of Latin history. After a complete revamp of the menu, guests can choose from a variety of new small and large plates, such as Grilled Peaches topped with toasted pine nuts and Feta or Sun-Dried Tomato Empanadas with mozzarella and pesto.
For meat-lovers, a Jalapeno and Coriander Beef Tartare served with Crispy Plantain or a chilled, thinly sliced Salmon Crudo with Meyer Lemon, Aji-Chili and Soy dressing will be a tasty treat. Orzo Pasta with asparagus, lemon, and broccoli is also available for vegetarians. Some side dishes include Broken Potatoes, Tomato and Caper Salad, and Zucchini Salad with Pecorino cheese and Smoked Almonds.
Two of SUCRE’s most popular desserts are available a la carte: the infamous Dulce De Leche Fondant, the bright Basque Cheesecake, and the new Labneh Berries Tart.
The ‘Taste Of SUCRE’ menu is available every weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, between 12:00pm and 6:00pm.
