Continuing its mission to bring the world’s best chefs to your city, Taste Festivals is delighted to announce that Michelin-starred Massimo Bottura and Akira Back will all feature at ‘Taste of Dubai’ 2023.
Organisers are also excited to announce that early bird ticket-sales are slated to start from 20th October 2022, with attractive discounts available for all the family.
These two world renowned chefs are the perfect example of the vast variety of cuisines that will feature at Taste of Dubai. From Italian game-changing culinary concepts by Massimo, to the new era of Japanese modern fare – there’s going to be plenty of diversity in the Taste tents this coming February 3rd to 5th 2023.
Guests of ‘Taste of Dubai’ can expect to have access to these chefs like never before, with cooking demonstrations, masterclasses, Q&As and more.
Organisers of the 2023 event have also confirmed the attendance of some of Dubai’s most impressive restaurants. From modern Indian fare to traditional Chinese cuisines, those in attendance this year can be sure to savour some incredible flavours from across the globe, but right here at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.
The confirmed restaurants celebrate the local talent, and organisers are delighted to bring you the most impressive, up-and-coming chefs and restaurants the region has to offer.
The confirmed line-up so far includes:
Carnival by Tresind, Rhodes W1, Bushra by Buddha Bar, Indya, 11 Woodfire, Shang Palace, Torno Subito, Akira Black, Sucre and Lowe.
What makes this announcement even more exciting, is that those wishing to attend ‘Taste of Dubai’ can take advantage of the early bird tickets that will be on sale from 20th October – for a limited time only. The premier gastronomic festival series at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre will bring together an expected 15,000 foodies, friends, and families to enjoy three days of culinary festivity and live entertainment.
‘Taste of Dubai’ will showcase 15 of the very best restaurants in the region, world-famous chefs from all over the globe, as well some of the hottest up-and-coming culinary talent. Each restaurant will feature a menu of three dishes, served in taster-size portions, so that festival visitors can create their own tasting menu from their favourite restaurants in the line-up.
Live entertainment from the UAE’s best bands and DJs will further add to three-days of festival vibes – from chilled acoustic performances to lively DJ sets taking place across multiple areas of the festival, the crowds will be dancing from day to night.

Friday 3rd Feb from 3:00pm to 12:00am.
Saturday 4th Feb from 12:00pm to 12:00am.
Sunday 5th Feb from 12:00pm to 10:00pm.
