The recently launched venue introduces its new offering, Sansetto, The Tasting Hour – the perfect after-work sundown plan for Dubai diners, with amazing views of the Dubai Water Canal and Burj Khalifa.
Discover TABŪ’s flavours every Sunday to Friday, 6:00pm until 8:00pm, with a 5-course tasting menu for AED 195. The unique new culinary experience at TABŪ is complete with an unexpected theatrical twist. Situated on the 23rd floor at The St. Regis Downtown, with stunning views of the city’s skyline and the Burj Khalifa, TABŪ takes guests on a sophisticated, avant-garde culinary journey.
Sansetto, The Tasting Hour, offers a selection of TABŪ’s favourites by Executive Chef, Roberto Segura. Diners can start their tasting experience with a choice of two cold starters and one hot starter, from the specially curated menu, followed by a choice of main, and dessert. The 3-course tasting menu hosts a variety of options that zing with flavour, served, and plated with an artistic finesse, enhancing the theatrical food service.
Tabū offers starters such as Salmon Tataki Maki, Furikake, Balsamic Pearls and Passion Fruit, Red Volcano Maki, Hamachi, Taberu Rayu, Unagi Sauce, and Black Tempura Calamari, Yuzu Garlic Aioli, to mains ranging from Patagonian Toothfish, Sushi Rice, Aji and Sake, Spicy Miso Half Corn-Fed Baby Chicken, Wasabi and Chimichurri, and Wagyu Beef Kushiyaki, Foie Gras, Anticucho Sauce, Chives and Crispy Garlic. As well as signature desserts including the Lava Chocolate Toban Yaki with Passion Fruit Ice Cream and Crumble, and Mini Ice Cream Popsicles – TABŪ caters to all tastes and preferences, including vegetarian and vegan-friendly options.
