Beach Days at Summersalt

Offering a Cote D’Azur inspired beachside ambiance, Summersalt is the place to be: to spend the day unwinding by the pool or wandering along the serene beach. Sun-seekers can enjoy a day of blissful relaxation as they lap up the sun with beachside bites from the lavish menu and signature drinks.

Daily from 9:00am to sunset. Priced at AED 390 per person on weekdays and AED 490 per person on the weekend. 

Ladies Day

Summersalt’s pristine beach and perfectly cooled pool invites ladies every Tuesday to bask in the sun and enjoy a day of lounging and sunbathing. Perfectly paired with an eclectic range of mixers against the backdrop of the picturesque Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and clear azure waters, chilling out is an absolute breeze.

Every Tuesday from 9:00am onwards. Priced at AED 150 per person including a welcome drink. 

Tasting Menu

Effortlessly fusing the artful craft of Japanese cooking with the flavours of South America, Executive Chef Cristian Goya has created a gastronomic feast for the senses with an innovative tasting menu. The menu displays Nikkei cuisine at its best, with highlights including its signature Ceviche, Salmon Tataki, Anticuchos, Eggplant with a Sweet Miso Panca and Tacu Tacu Seafood in a Macho sauce.

Daily from 12:30pm. Priced at AED 450 per person.

Sunset Menu

Overlooking the changing hues of Dubai’s captivating skyline, guests can end the day in relaxed style as they delight in beachside bites and a refreshed selection of signature drinks.

Daily from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Light bites starting from AED 35 and beverages starting from AED 70.
