The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi adds to their renowned culinary portfolio with the launch of three new restaurants, Sui Mui, BABA and Mina’s Kitchen.
Sui Mui’s mission is to bring the authentic taste and feel of Asia to the heart of Dubai. Sui Mui will be located in the space previously housed by Spice Emporium.
The innovative menu, created by Thai born Sous Chef, Khampun is an attractive combination of the exotic flavours of Thailand, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and China.
From moreish Chinese Kung Pao Chicken, fiery Thai curries, a delicious Indian Butter Chicken to classic Korean Bibimbap (and much, much more), there’s something for everyone.
Choose from small or large plates, or the ultimate ‘grazing table’ – which will see an array of the finest tapas laid out before guests on a specially prepared banana leaf table.

Just in time for the long-awaited al fresco dining season, BABA reveals an incredible new outdoor terrace, complete with the famed mangal BBQ, an integral part of Turkish food culture. Boasting a charcoal base and copper head the mangal BBQ is designed to give meat the best flavours imaginable.
Following a magical renovation, the stunning restaurant can be found in the heart of the famed Westin Mina Seyahi, in the space previously housed by Blue Orange.

Putting health first, Mina’s Kitchen’s “360 healthy” menu offers an array of healthy and nutritious options. Offering a selection of raw and organic foods such as sushi, poke bowls, Vietnamese spring rolls and create-your-own healthy salad, sandwich or wrap – the “360 healthy” menu.
Plates at the ready! The famous Bubbalicious Brunch has made its return to The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina. Taking place every Friday from 1.00pm to 4.00pm, Bubbalicious is now home to the ultimate Turkish dining experience at BABA, an extravagantly international affair at the whimsical Mina’s Kitchen and a dining experience that will take guests on a journey across the finest Asian cuisine at Sui Mui.
