Chef Emanuele Di Tullio travelled around the world gathered hundreds of recipes and was particularly influenced by authentic eat-on-the-go dishes.
This influence has been the foundation for the launch of Str.Eat
Culture. Located in the new Hilton Al Jadaf Hotel set in Dubai’s Culture Village
guests can enjoy standout street food favourites. Dishes include an amazing
Vietnamese Hotdog, Italian La Paida Bites, stuffed with a range of fillings and
classic Fish and Chips.
“My career spans over 17 years, I’ve spent time in kitchens all
over the world and I was able to get some amazing and unique recipes that I
have now brought to Dubai. I was also on a cruise liner for several years and
that took me to some places you would not normally go to for inspiration. The
people I met along the way helped drive this menu and we cannot wait for people
to get stuck into these street food dishes” said Chef Emanuele Di Tullio.
Str.Eat Culture is part of the new food and drink scene
developing in Al Jadaf – a historical maritime location in Dubai located next
to the creek.
It has already become a favourite with the new local
community developing in the area and is open for dinner all week long from 6pm
into the early hours.
