Elevating the sense of luxury and prestige, the many highlights of the menu include the lavish and highly-tempting charcoal-grilled steak burger. Bound to grab every food connoisseur’s attention with its striking and eye-catching topping of sparkling gold leaf, homemade beetroot relish and freshly grated black truffle, it comes beautifully presented with sides of sauteed baby spinach, portobello mushroom and homemade tempura steak fries.
Those with a weakness for steak will be left enraptured by the Wagyu +7 grain-fed beef striploin from Cabassi, presented with a choice of tasty sides such as mashed potato, charred asparagus, broccolini and oyster mushroom with peppercorn sauce.
Guests are also encouraged to upgrade their experience with the exclusive ‘Steak Me Out’ option, adding freshly pan-seared foie gras straight from the flambé trolley to each delicious cut for an extra AED 70. With steak and foie gras renowned as the world’s ‘ultimate gastronomy duo’, the rich and luxurious flavour of this lavish add on makes each premium beef taste even more enticing and flavoursome.
