This February foodies are in for a treat! Adding a dash of culinary flair, not one, nor two but three of Armani Hotel Dubai’s top ranked chefs will be heading to the 2020 Club by Emaar lounge at Expo site this February for a one-off gourmet signature lunch. The talented culinary team will be inviting patrons to experience flavours from around the world from Italy, India to Japan.
Taking place on Saturday 5th February 2022 patrons are invited to enjoy an unlimited buffet dining experience featuring more than 20 standout signature dishes from Armani/Amal, Hashi and Ristorante.
Chef SK Choi of Armani/Hashi will thrill with contemporary Japanese flavours, from a made-to-order Sushi and Maki selection, Seaweed Salad and delectable Wagyu Beef Tataki and Black Truffle.
Dine around Italy with regional delights courtesy of Chef Giovanni Papi. Dishes include chef’s classic take on Vitello Tonnato and Caprese Salad to his renowned rich and creamy Saffron Risotto Mantecato with Osso Bucco Ragu.
And, finally, Chef Ashwani Kaw adds a touch of spice to the cool winter weather with his all-time bestselling Masala Black Cod, an exquisite Jhinga Moiley (prawn stew) and, of course, a warm hearty bowl of Dal Makhni.
