Since launching in 2018, The Abu Dhabi EDITION has worked closely in partnership with Chef Tom Aikens across signature award-winning restaurants. In collaboration with renowned, Dubai-based Chef Mohamad Orfali, specialised in contemporary Arabic cuisine, the Ramadan culinary experience embraces authentic local connection. For the significant Middle Eastern occasion, dishes designed both collaboratively and by the individual chefs, feature as a highlight of Iftar in Market at EDITION.

Set in the light, modern Market at EDITION lifestyle restaurant, guests can anticipate Iftar action from live stations, or elevate the experience to intimate table service in the private dining room. Chef Mohamad Orfali’s restaurant – Orfali Bros Bistro – was recently listed at No. 6 on MENA’s 50 best restaurants list for its mouth-watering, delightfully presented cuisine. A taste of the dishes includes Tom’s Signature Mezzeh (muhammara, marinated chickpeas and pumpkin hummus), Slow Roast Pomegranate and Cinnamon Lamb Shoulder and Rose Water and Raspberry Baba dessert.

As the night progresses, guests are invited to converse, relax and enjoy Arabian flavours on the marina-facing terrace with Suhoor under the starry night sky. An à la carte Suhoor menu showcases traditional favourites; Chicken Shawarma Rolls, Falafel Wraps and Tandoori Prawns Skewers, along with intriguing Cauliflower & Raisin Tabbouleh and Coconut Rose Mohalabieh.

As night turns to morn, sit back and relax on the Market at EDITION terrace, with a traditional à la carte Suhoor menu featuring savoury and sweet treats, surrounded by Marina facing views. Guests can also enjoy Shisha during Suhoor on the terrace.
