Oak Room, the award-winning steakhouse by Tom Aikens, has re-open after a summer pause, a celebration of world-class ingredients with British rock ‘n’ roll flair.
Located at The Abu Dhabi EDITION, guests are welcomed back to the eminent, traditional English oak panelled restaurant for a la carte dining on Tuesday through to Saturday evenings. Quintessential, considered and modern, the menu encourages indulgence in the very best produce, free from formality and pretence but always thoughtful and precise. Expect a variety of unique, speciality steaks from USDA Prime Rib, Westholme Wagyu and Black Onyx cuts to Little Joe Tomahawk and Wylarah Wagyu Rib Eye. Accompanied by menu highlights including, Triple Cooked Chips with truffle and parmesan, Kale and Cashew salad, and for those with a sweet tooth Crème Brûlée, Eton Mess and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
The latest experience, Oak Room Roast, a spirited, a 3-hour seated menu of British favourites. Modern and considered, guests can devour four-courses, starting with shared seasonal salads, followed by a delectable Salmon Wellington. Main course choices include roasted Striploin of Beef and Lamb Saddle accompanied by an array of sides, from crisp roast potatoes to cauliflower cheese and traditional Yorkshire puddings. Tempting desserts include Sticky Toffee Pudding and Apple and Blackberry Crumble, as well as an exquisite cheese selection. From hand-mixed beverages to the renowned tipple trolley, vines and bubbles, an enlivened afternoon awaits.
