Nova Restaurant And Lounge To Open This Month – Dubai

Opening its doors on 26th September 2021, Nova Restaurant and Lounge, is set to be one of the season’s most exciting launches, bringing DIFC vibes down to the Marina end of town. Situated in the luxurious Address Dubai Marina, Nova showcases a multi-sensory experience, the ultimate in fine dining, with a big focus on entertainment.

The kitchen is passionately headed up by Executive Chef Dogukan Duguncu and his talented team. The Turkey born chef has worked at internationally recognised restaurants including; La Petite Maison Istanbul, AMAN Luxury Resort Marrakech and most recently Nammos, Dubai.

The cuisine boasts elevated Mediterranean and the menu is a theatrical voyage around the Med islands. Signature dishes include Seared Scallops (saffron risotto, rock shrimp, confit chicken wing, chorizo, pimentón emulsion), Roasted Bone Marrow (Dijon mustard, garlic breadcrumbs, fennel herb salad, grilled bread), Lacquered Black Cod (roasted with maple and horseradish beurre blanc, yuzu, parsnip purée), 1.5kg Tomahawk Steak to be shared (sautéed spinach, pommes purée and sauce au poivre), Nova’s Cheesecake (Madagascan vanilla cheesecake, hazelnut crumble, homemade blueberry coulis and fresh berries), Lost in a Maple Bread (buttery brioche soaked in vanilla anglaise with caramelized banana, maple foam and coffee crisp).

The gorgeous restaurant also has a terrace overlooking the stunning Dubai Marina skyline and glistening waters, making it the perfect spot for an after-work dinner, date spot, or gathering with friends. Ladies’ night and brunch will be launching in the upcoming weeks, for those looking for new places to add to their dining list.
