Rediscover the two healthy sea treasures Salmon and Tuna as a whole new experience, in a wide spread of sushi stations, hot and cold buffets as well as live cooking stations, prepared with exotic recipes and the finest cuts by the talented St. Regis culinary team.

Start your journey along the shores of cold Salmon and Tuna delicacies, such as Tartare of Salmon or Indonesian Tuna Carpaccio, before you enter the seas with Atlantic, Norwegian and Scottish Salmon, inspired by the Mediterranean flair. Choose from Orange Butter Sauce Grilled Salmon, Lasagne filled with Green Spinach Pasta and Salmon or Pineapple Marinated Salmon Skewers. Discover the bays of Asian infused Tuna selections, offering Tuna Casserole with Green Beans and Cheese Gratin, Stuffed Zucchini topped with Tuna Minced Meat or Seared Tuna Fillet with Saffron Cream Sauce.
