Start your journey along the shores of cold Salmon and Tuna delicacies, such as Tartare of Salmon or Indonesian Tuna Carpaccio, before you enter the seas with Atlantic, Norwegian and Scottish Salmon, inspired by the Mediterranean flair. Choose from Orange Butter Sauce Grilled Salmon, Lasagne filled with Green Spinach Pasta and Salmon or Pineapple Marinated Salmon Skewers.
