SUCRE
Fernando Trocca and Tato Giovannoni reinterpret their Buenos Aires original, launching their second international outpost in Dubai’s DIFC, following the recent door opening in London’s trending Soho district. Since its 2001 launch in Argentina, SUCRE has been coveted as a leading concept in contemporary Latin American cuisine, being featured the Latin American 50 Best Restaurants. Hailed as chef and master of open-fire cooking, Chef Fernando Trocca’s approach centres around carefully sourced, fresh, and quality ingredients prepared in exciting and unexpected arrangements – blending Italian, Spanish and Latin American influences. Set to open 15th December 2021.
Bar Buci
Designed for tranquil evenings and sipping sundowners, Bar Buci is the new Parisian inspired concept open at the iconic Jumeirah Al Qasr hotel. The menu features delectable bites such as Fin De Claire Oysters on Ice, a Caviar selection, Chilled Seafood Tower, Beef Sliders alongside a selection of Sushi and Sashimi.
L’Amo Bistro Del Mare
Sunset Hospitality Group is set to open L’Amo Bistro Del Mare, a prime Italian seafood restaurant, in partnership with Mine & Yours Group. L’Amo will reside at Dubai Harbour, a world-class waterfront destination, and feature al-fresco dining along with stunning vistas over the seascape and sunsets.

Opening its Business Bay location this December, Asia Asia Business Bay will boast a spanning 750sq meter terrace allowing up to 500 dinners to dine al fresco, all whilst enjoying canal views, indoor dining will also be available.
Pavilion At The Beach
The lavish 60,000-square-foot space will feature five new licensed restaurants, overlooking pristine ocean views. The new licensed restaurants include: La Mezcaleria, Café Buur, Akiba Dori, Eataly and Hurricane’s Grill. The enclosed temperature-controlled environment makes Pavilion at The Beach an ideal location for casual dining all year long.
