New Restaurants At Yas Bay – Abu Dhabi

With some restaurants already open and some still due to open, Yas Bay is gearing up to give foodies in the Capital a tasteful range of exciting new dining options.

Paradiso

A homage to the Mediterranean, Italy and the world of cinema, Paradiso Nicole et Pierre extends its welcoming gourmet ambience from the famous Croisette to the shores of Abu Dhabi’s Yas Bay Waterfront. With Nicole Rubi and Pierre Gagnaire at the helm, the menu will feature dishes inspired by specialities from the Mediterranean, Nice and Italy.

Siddharta Lounge, Zeera and Bushra by Buddha Bar Abu Dhabi

Three concepts under the highly acclaimed Buddha Bar brand, are we excited? Yes! Siddharta Lounge will dazzle with its rooftop lounge featuring exquisite Mediterranean flavours, trendy drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere to complete the stunning panoramic view of the Arabian Gulf. Zeera is inspired by the rich colours and flavours of India. The restaurant and lounge serve edgy beverages and bold bites, offering a complete sensory experience. At Bushra the award-winning Chef Greg Malouf elevates Middle Eastern cuisine fused with Northern African tastes.

 La Carnita

With a carefully curated food and drinks menu, the new venue will serve up a more premium and luxe offering from its industrial beginnings, without losing its overall energetic atmosphere. Like its interiors, the menu will be refined and upscale, expect to see some La Carnita favourites with a twist. Head Chef Ricardo Tellez will be adding a completely new raw bar section and more seafood options, paying tribute to its waterfront surroundings.

Café Del Mar Abu Dhabi

Looking at Yas Bay’s official Instagram account, it seems that Café Del Mar Abu Dhabi is happening! Café Del Mar has become known globally around the world. Located at the Yas Bay Waterfront, Café Del Mar Abu Dhabi will offer a fusion menu blending Mediterranean and Middle Eastern favourites, with the sunset easing you into a new but familiar kind of nightlife.

 Akiba Dori

Akiba Dori, d3’s long-standing answer to modern Japanese street-food and the famed Tokyo-Neapolitan Pizza experience is set to broaden its stage with the expansion of its Yas Bay outlet. Keeping in theme with its unmistakable design expect neon themed signs, Japanese inspired artworks and its renowned pizzas. Located on Yas Bay’s Pier 71 area this outlet will boast a spanning terrace offering relaxing bay views.

Asia Asia

Situated overlooking the iconic Abu Dhabi Yas Bay, the multi-award-winning Asia Asia restaurant and lounge is inspired by the ancient Spice Route. With tranquil, panoramic views of the glittering water, embark on an exotic culinary journey from the Far East to the Middle East, exploring gourmet Pan-Asian flavours and aromas.

Hunter & Barrel

Hunter & Barrel promises to pay homage to the dawn of culinary tradition in a modern restaurant setting. Feast on quality meats and produce as you enjoy the aromas of meat. Quality steak, meats and produce are at the heart of everything on the Hunter & Barrel menu. The Central

Looking at the renderings it seems like we are stepping back in time to a retro arcade complex, with a few modern touches. The entertainment destination will also feature a retro diner serving up a selection of America’s best loved comfort foods.
