The lavish and decadent Lobster King experience showcases the finest lobster dishes from across Southeast Asia, highlighting the enchanting flavours of this luxurious shellfish in skilful and artistic style.
Guests are invited to relax within the elegant ambiance of the picturesque restaurant and savour a carefully crafted five-course culinary journey. Specially designed for two to share and bond over, the Lobster King set menu is perfect for couples, loved ones and close friends.
Starting with a delicate amuse-bouche platter of fresh snow crab in kra-thong thong sauce, laab tofu and seafood cutlet, guests are eased into the sophisticated evening with fresh and healthy starters such as poached Boston lobster broth and Saengwa salad.
Delicious dumplings filled with chaw muang lobster and hoi cho king crab are then guaranteed to leave every food connoisseur utterly enraptured, before the signature Sontaya Talay course impresses with its sumptuous array of seafood delights. With each element prepared using expert techniques and served with tasty sauces such as spicy seafood and hot basil, diners are invited to enjoy char-grilled lobster, pan-seared scallops, wok-fried mussels and more.
Finally, the uplifting evening concludes with a sweet and irresistible platter of traditional Asian pastries, with each delicate creation crafted with incredible culinary talent.
