Hilton Abu Dhabi hosts a week-long Malaysian food festival at its all-day dining restaurant from August 25th to 31st.
Diners in the capital can sample authentic Malaysian dishes at La Terrazza from 6.30pm until 11.00pm with the special dinner menu designed by Chef Salim Hj Pawi, the hotel’s guest chef for the season. Hailing from the Malaysian state of Sarawak, Chef Salim has been a part of the Hilton family since 2008.
The dinner buffet is priced at AED 145* for the soft drinks package and AED 175* for the adult beverages package. The dishes are created from traditional recipes from Chefs homeland.
In addition to a selection of salads, main courses and desserts, La Terrazza will have a noodle soup station and a live stall for endless helpings of chicken and beef satay.
Chef Salim said: “I believe in cooking with love and I always try to bring in an element of home to the world of fine-dining. Through this menu, I want guests to discover Malay cuisine and for them to appreciate the harmony in the flavours and the beauty in the presentation of the dishes.”
