Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Jumeirah Group’s stunning Ottoman-inspired destination, has announced the launch of a new ‘Swad Ka Safar’ brunch at its much-loved North Indian restaurant, Amala.
The venue renowned for its delicious classic Mughlai cuisine will welcome guests every Friday from 1.00pm to 4.00pm, where they will be taken on a culinary journey of rich flavors and exotic spices.
Meaning ‘Pure’ in Hindi, Amala pays homage to the Mughal rule of India, a gastronomic era perfectly brought to life throughout the brunch experience. With more than 30 delicacies for guests to discover, infused with 150 spices and packed full of fresh and organic ingredients, all locally sourced, it kicks off with flavour-packed appetisers such as the Chowk di Tikki. This is then followed by grilled tandoors and fragrant curries including the Tawa Kheema and Amala Butter Chicken before ending on a sweet note with a selection of decadent, classic desserts with contemporary twists such as Gulab Jamun served with Lychee Rabri.
Thanks to its mouthwatering menu of generous sharing dishes, the ‘Sawd Ka Safar’ brunch is the ideal spot to live the moment and catch up with friends and family over delicious food. Guests can sit back and savor the different tastes while enjoying performances from a multi-instrumentalist who explores different cultures through his artistry and Handpan.
