With a career spanning 18 delicious years, Chef Kevin has travelled far and wide before making Jumeirah Group his home. He has refined his craft across some of the most prestigious kitchens in Saint Tropez, Paris, Geneva and Denmark and this includes Michelin-starred restaurants 3* Geranium’s Kitchen and 1* Four Seasons Il Lago.

Prior to joining Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, Chef Kevin worked his magic at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah’s multi-award-winning restaurants, Al Muntaha and Al Mahara, where he incorporated his worldwide travels and experiences to create a unique fusion of flavours.
