Signature dishes include a premium selection of diner favourites including maguro tataki, bluefin tuna tartare, dobin mushi, and octopus tempura; a seafood sampling featuring Hokkaido sea urchin, scallop and oyster; the Hashi surf ‘n’ turf with wagyu striploin, Royal Baerii caviar, lobster uni yaki and king crab; a Hashi sushi, sashimi and maki roll platter; and must-try vegan yaki mame or moreish teppanyaki short ribs.
