Gymkhana London Pop-Up – Dubai

Armani Hotel Dubai, the iconic hotel located within the Burj Khalifa, will play host to a culinary excellence pop-up this October.

Jitin Joshi, Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Gymkhana London will be taking over Armani/Amal for a taste-bud tantalizing two days, from 17th to 18th October 2019. Armani Hotel Dubai guests and locals alike will be able to enjoy the classic and contemporary Indian cuisine for which Gymkhana has become renowned, bringing a new twist to the menu at Armani/Amal – Dubai’s finest Indian restaurant.

Using time-honoured cooking methods and recipes, alongside the most fragrant and authentic ingredients, Armani/Amal and Gymkhana teams will recreate a true taste of India, accentuated by traditional musicians and Giorgio Armani’s inspired interiors.

The set menu, from AED 595, is a six-course feast featuring delicacies such as Duck Egg Lobster Bhurji and Gymkhana’s signature dishes like the fragrant Venison Biryani.
