French Summertime Menu At Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi

Presenting three sumptuous courses of the iconic restaurant’s world-renowned French cuisine, a bespoke beverage and a tea or coffee for an exclusive price of AED 395 per person, the C’est L’été menu is set to become one of the top must-try experiences in the UAE capital this summer.

Providing an unmissable chance to savour award-winning authentic French cuisine curated by Michelin Star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the three-course journey is filled with vibrant flavours and uplifting aromas.

The decadent culinary voyage begins on a light and healthy note with an appetiser of white asparagus bavarois, sea scallops and egg mimosa, paired with a bespoke beverage.

The main course then perfectly embodies the glamour and style of the sun-kissed Côte d’Azur, featuring a fresh fillet of pan-seared sea bass.

Finally, the delectable and buoyant affair concludes with Executive Pastry Chef Hugo Sipp’s stunning signature Fouquet’s macron. Adorned with beautifully sweet summer lychees and raspberries, it provides a beautiful and delicate tribute to the finest fruits of the season.

Available to enjoy during the whole month of August 2022 for lunch and dinner, the distinguished set menu is priced AED 395 per person for three courses plus selected beverages.
