Dubai’s vibrant fine-dining restaurant and chic hotspot Bagatelle gears up to open its doors for the new season after receiving an extensive makeover of its interiors and renowned fine dining cuisine.
Make your way to the iconic French restaurant on the 11th of October and get ready to celebrate the venue’s grand reopening in true Bagatelle style. The sensational culinary destination promises to surprise and delight guests both old and new with a brand-new look and an enhanced menu offering a plentitude of fantastic French fare.
Always a guaranteed good time at Bagatelle, guests can expect an unforgettable night of entertainment, delicious food, and drinks, and of course, dancing. From the venue’s signature blend of decadent gastronomy to a vibrant atmosphere, this is a night devoted to all the reasons that Bagatelle is loved and renowned for.
Executive Group Chef Timothy Newton has reimagined Bagatelle’s menu, introducing a selection of new starters, salads, pastas, as well as raw, meat and fish dishes that bring diners the unforgettable flavours of the French Riviera to their plate, while keeping the restaurant’s beloved classics.
Guests can whet their appetites with a variety of smaller dishes, including Truffle pizza; a delicious combination of Foie gras and confit duck, William pear chutney, Medjool date and black tea purée, cep brioche; Crispy octopus with caper aioli; Stuffed courgette flowers with goat’s cheese, pine nuts, and truffle honey; and Aubergine parmigiana with Parmigiano Reggiano cream.
To continue, diners can choose from a selection of the freshest raw items, such as the Bagatelle tuna tartare with Espelette pepper dressing; Black Angus beef tartare, organic egg bottarga; Japanese yellowtail with red grapes and truffle vinaigrette; Canadian lobster ceviche, with avocado, Granny Smith apple, tobiko, and jalapeño granita, as well as a selection of the finest caviar by Kaviari, and more.
From the salad and pasta section, there’s a variety of options including Burrata salad with figs, wagyu cecina and pistachio crumb; Stuffed beef tomato with fresh ricotta, black olive granola, tomato and basil consommé; Chilled angel hair pasta, Kaviari baeri caviar and Piedmont hazelnut; and Whole josper roasted lobster linguini in spicy tomato sauce.
Moving further down Bagatelle’s refreshed menu, diners can choose from a range of delectable main dishes, such as the Grilled lamb rack, tomato and parmesan purée, glazed lamb belly, violet artichoke; Herb salt crusted whole free-range chicken with tarragon; Duck breast, whipped foie gras, duck leg and chicory tartelette with Madagascan pepper sauce; while seafood lovers can indulge in a beautifully prepared dish of Whole coastal fish cooked with lemon leaves; Pan seared Scottish salmon, puffed potato, ikura, smoked salmon rillette, dill and horseradish veloute; or Grilled tiger prawns with courgette and basil fregola, confit Datterino tomato, and shellfish bisque.
Diners can the night on a sweet note, choosing from a number of new desserts, including Millefeuille “Tarte Tatin” comprising homemade puff pastry, caramelised Pink Lady apples, Tahitian vanilla, apple caramel, and yogurt sorbet; William pear souffle with brown butter ice cream and Guanaja chocolate sauce; Tonka bean crème brûlée with violet Solliès figs; or Jivara chocolate pizzetta, topped with caramelised Piedmont hazelnuts, just to name a few.
Bagatelle’s grand reopening night will feature a special guest appearance from popular French DJ Willy William, who will keep the crowd going late into the night with his famous club mixes and electrifying beats.
