25hours Hotel One Central is excited to introduce a new pop-up experience with San Wan Hand-Pulled Noodles, kicking off the outdoor season in the Courtyard at the Nomad Day Bar. Until the 7th November 2024, guests can dive into the authentic flavours of the Shaanxi region in China, which has garnered well-deserved culinary hype in Dubai.
San Wan Hand-Pulled Noodles brings a refreshing twist to Chinese cuisine, highlighting the tastes of Xi’an with dishes that are hard to find elsewhere. The star of the show is the Traditional Biang Biang Noodles, celebrated for their wide, perfect texture and outstanding taste. Guests will enjoy a lively culinary performance as chefs’ hand-pull noodles on-site, showcasing their unique skills in the process.
Curated for a snappy yet inviting dining experience, San Wan features 3 standout dishes that celebrate the essence of traditional Chinese flavours. Enjoy the tangy Chilli Cucumber, the must-have Boiled Wontons, and the best-seller Traditional Biang Biang Noodles—each crafted to be savoured while you enjoy the perfect atmosphere of the Nomad courtyard.
Noodle x Nomad Day Bar Pop-Up Menu:
Chilli Cucumber: Fresh cucumber crushed and marinated in a blend of red chillies, sesame seeds, chicken powder, soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, and sesame oil. Price: 22 AED.
Boiled Wontons (Hún Tún): Seven pieces of homemade wontons, freshly made daily and stuffed with either minced vegetable, chicken, or lean beef caramelized with shallots and marinated in traditional Chinese spices. Available in spicy (là) or non-spicy (bú là) versions. Price: 26 AED (Chicken) / 29 AED (Beef).
Traditional Biang Biang Noodles (Biang Biang Mian): Wide hand-pulled noodles served with green onions, garlic, and chili powder, drizzled with hot oil in a base of soy sauce and Chinese black vinegar. Price: 41 AED.
The pop-up will operate during lunch from 12:00pm to 3:00pm and dinner from 5:00pm to 9:00pm daily.
