Saigon Social Brunch
Guests can kick start their weekend on Thursday evenings with an authentic Vietnamese brunch, specially conceptualized by Blue Jade’s Chef de Cuisine, Chef Ta Van Huong, who has led Blue Jade since its inception in 2013. Born and raised in the northern part of Vietnam, he was instrumental in crafting the brunch’s exceptionally authentic Vietnamese specialities, with dishes such as Pho Bò (Vietnamese National Noodle Soup) and Goi Cuon Tôm Thit (Seafood Cold Rolls), alongside mouth-watering dishes such as Cá Nướng Lá sen (Ginger Lotus Sea Bass), Bò lúc lắc (Stir Fried Beef Tenderloin), and Ga Nuong La Chanh (Grilled Marinated Chicken with Lime Leaves).
The meticulously selected dishes coupled with The Ritz-Carlton’s unparalleled service promises to delight UAE’s food gourmands. Complete with live entertainment, including a fusion take on the vibrant hand pan, guests can prepare to experience a lively and unforgettable Thursday night.
The Saigon Social Vietnamese Night Brunch takes place at Blue Jade at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, JBR.

Taking our guest’s taste buds all the way to the vibrant and multicultural English capital, the London Social Brunch enlivens the flavors coming from the spices of Brick Lane and the Arabesque charm of Edgware Road, to the vibrant stalls of Little Italy and foodie paradise at Borough Market, to the fusion delights found in Soho.
With over 12 live cooking stations, London’s favorites are complemented with famed British cocktails, craft beers and live tunes playing the best of the UK. A tour of the Big Smoke would not be complete without a nod to Britain’s favorite pub classics, roasts and puddings, alongside Mr. Whippy ice cream accompanied with classic pick and mix favorites. Ladies and Gentlemen are urged to leave room for delicacies from the Cheese Monger and Pudding Lane!
