During the Holy Month, the five-star resort on Saadiyat Island will have Iftar every day from sunset until 10:30pm. Families and friends are invited for a unique culinary journey providing memorable moments for everyone at Sim Sim Restaurant.
Sharing in the spirit of the occasion, the friendly resort team will greet visitors and residents as they explore Arabian souq ambience at the popular Sim Sim restaurant, including a live oud player performing following prayer. The light, bright dining destination, houses modern contemporary décor with Arabian accents, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating to relax with loved ones.
True to Sim Sim’s concept, the Iftar selection will be served from engaging live stations, showcasing various cuisines from around the world. Expect fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavours. The talented Chefs will be preparing themed plates from Middle Eastern specialties, including Emirati delicacies such as lamb ouzi, fresh roasted fish, kababs, live Turkish and Emirati station, a salad section where you can find oriental & Moroccan flavours.
International desserts and sweet Arabian delights will complete the Iftar experience; guests can indulge in the regional desserts with Ramadan juices and aromatic Arabic coffee.
