East Meets West At This Exclusive Four Hands Dinner – Abu Dhabi

From 18th until 20th March, Ray’s Grill will be welcoming two chefs with two very different backgrounds to come together for one amazing culinary spectacular. The Four Hands concept at the iconic Jumeirah at Etihad Towers will see Emirati-born chef, Khaled Al Saadi and English chef, Daniel Irvine, bringing together their own heritage, knowledge and expertise to create a unique and sensational six-course set menu.

The special Four Hands night will feature a menu inspired by Al Saadi’s Emirati background, but cooked in a completely contemporary way. The chefs will be utilising French cooking methods to create this pioneering, modern gastronomy.

Khaled Al Saadi, the talented chef behind the extraordinary catering at Abu Dhabi Youth Hub, said: “This is in no way your traditional Emirati fare. Although our food is inspired by the cuisine from my home country, we’ll be using Western cooking methods and serving each course in a much more refined way. It’ll be my first time ever working with Daniel and I’m really looking forward to sharing the kitchen with him.”

Daniel Irvine, Chef De Cuisine at Ray’s Grill, also commented: “The menu will showcase the high-quality food we serve at Ray’s Grill in a brand-new light. We’ll be using ingredients including tuna, lamb and locally caught fish and I am thoroughly looking forward to combining my culinary style with Khaled to create something brand new for the region.”

The six course dinners, which have very limited seating, will take place on 18th, 19th and 20th of March from 7.00pm until 10.00pm and will cost AED 395 per person, inclusive of select soft beverages.
