This summer season, ultra-chic and luxurious venue Roberto’s launches two new menus for DIFC goers and all food aficionados out there. Simultaneously launching the exclusive Tramonto menu and Oysters with a View, Roberto’s new endeavours are for those who enjoy the finer things in life. The Italian venue is a fantastic place to dine whilst taking in the incredible sunset views.
Available every day from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Tramonto is served in the gorgeous Piemonte dining room where guests may enjoy an intimate get-together over breathtaking views. Tramonto, Italian for ‘sunset’, is a delicate three-course menu paired with a glass of vine for AED 250 per person.
Guests may start off their evening with fresh Burrata and sweet Sicilian Datterini tomatoes that will transport them all the way to the heart of Italy. For Secondi, the sunset menu offers a heavenly Roasted Baby Chicken marinated with capsicum, soft shallots and black BBQ sauce, perfectly fused together to enliven culinary palates. End the experience on a sweet note with Roberto’s showstopping Cioccocolato, warm 72% dark chocolate foam and hazelnut ice cream that melts in the mouth and leaves guests craving more.
For all the seafood fanatics out there, the award-winning venue is also launching an Oysters menu this summer which is available daily from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Served solely at the Lounge, DIFC visitors may opt for this opulent aperitif right after work and select from three packages starting at AED 130 for two freshly shucked Gillardeau Oysters n.2 paired with a beautiful glass of vine or 12 freshly shucked Oysters n.2 paired with a Bottle of vine for AED 600 per person.
