Inakaya – Japanese, Robatayaki, Sushi
Inakaya, dubbed an interactive theatre, presents a distinctive dining experience called Robatayaki, a Japanese grilling art that is as much a performance as it is a way of cooking. Staff are traditionally dressed in kimono and happi coat-style uniforms adding to the authenticity of the restaurant. Be sure to try the black cod we think it’s the best in the city!

Circo offers Italian flair built upon a foundation of signature Tuscan recipes from the kitchen of Maccioni matriarch Egidiana. A modern Southeast Asian restaurant with an open kitchen, Li Jiang whets the appetite for all things spicy, authentic and Oriental. Meaning “beautiful river” in Chinese, Li Jiang reflects resort’s location on the Grand Canal. Market Kitchen is a stylish as they come.
