Indochine is making its long-awaited return to the DIFC dining scene this Thursday 11th June 2020. Indochine will be reopening its doors for both lunch and dinner service from this Thursday.
Indochine regulars will be pleased to hear that the much-loved French-Vietnamese style menu is in full swing offering all the must-have signature dishes. Chef Steven Nguyen’s culinary expertise are showcased in his mouthwatering plates, such as the popular Vietnamese Ravioli, the delicious Lamb Char Siu, slow cooked lamb neck in a honey glaze, and the traditional Amok Cambodgien, steamed sea bream in banana leaf, coconut lemongrass custard, chili sauce, scallions and ginger.
Chef Steven has taken great care to pay tribute to tradition, whilst pushing boundaries by incorporating unique flavors and unconventional techniques.
Indochine, which has been closed due to Covid 19, will be serving lunch Sunday to Thursday and dinner daily. Limited seating will be available in order to follow social distancing rules.
