For one night only, on Sunday 8th November 2020, Roberto’s will be hosting the Alba White Truffle Dinner, an exclusive dining experience that blends fine Italian gastronomy with an exciting global initiative. This year marks the 21st anniversary of the World Alba White Truffle Charity Auction which will see five countries; Italy, Hong Kong, Moscow, UAE and Singapore, coming together virtually to bid for this year’s finest white truffle specimens. The auction will be live streamed on Roberto’s big screen from 4.00pm, with the celebration dinner taking place from 9.00pm. The innovative menu includes 5 courses of pure Alba White Truffle creativity, with dishes like the 30 Egg Yolk Homemade Tagliolini with Porcini Mushroom, Robiola Cheese Sauce and White Truffle and Roasted Italian Veal Tenderloin, Soft Polenta, Jerusalem Artichoke and White Truffle. White Truffle is also delightfully incorporated into the dessert of Warm Piedmonts Hazelnut Foam, Wild Mushroom Ice Cream and Coconut Crumble. Dinner is priced at AED 495 per person, including 15g of White Truffle.

Cipriani Yas Island
Situated in the heart of Yas Marina, right on the water’s edge, the iconic Cipriani Yas Island has announced the start of its popular truffle season. The chic venue presents limited edition White Truffle accented dishes served à la carte, with menu highlights including Fresh Burrata with White Truffle, Sunny Side Up Eggs with White Truffle, Steak Tartare alla Cipriani with White Truffle, Risotto with White Truffle, and a new debut dessert, Vanilla Ice Cream with White Truffle. Diners can also choose to add extra White shaved Truffle to any dish.

La Serre
The sought-after premium ingredient will be available to guests at La Serre until the end of the year. A true menu highlight, the newly added Risotto de Truffe Blanche (White Truffle Risotto) combines indulgent lashings of Parmigiano Reggiano and White Truffle, which is shaved tableside and priced at AED 350 per portion. To further elevate La Serre’s menu offering, White Truffle can now also be added to any of the restaurant’s dishes at the request of the diner for AED 85 per gram. Dishes to add White Truffle to include options Like Homemade Gnocchi with Spinach, Truffle Cream, Pine Nuts and Parmigiano Reggiano, Black Angus Tenderloin Rossini, and Oxtail Ravioli with Parsley Coulis and Brown Butter Emulsion.

The Artisan
Chef Luca has designed a specially curated menu that caters to all White Truffle lovers. The menu features classic Italian dishes with a White Truffle twist such as the Battuto Di Fassona, Beef with Piedmonte Hazelnut and White Truffle, Home-Made Tagliolini with Rich Butter Sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano and White Truffle, Acquerello Risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano and White Truffle. To share, guests can enjoy the famous 72 Hours Fermented Pizza Fontina E Tartufo Bianco. The base is crisp and fresh, which balances out the rich, flavorful White Truffle to create a mouth-watering combination. All dishes on the menu can be topped by San Pietro a Pettine White Truffles shaving.

Scalini
With the introduction of white truffles, Scalini dishes can be enhanced and transformed with a fragrant sprinkle before serving. Guests are encouraged to try a selection of specials featuring the diamond of Scalini’s kitchen, shaved at each table by in-house Truffle experts. Dishes include the Burrata di Andria, the Queen of cheese from Apulia Italy, filled with Soft Mozzarella and Cream; White Asparagus ‘Alla Contessa’, Steamed Asparagus served with Hollandaise Sauce; Aquarello Parmesan Risotto, sourced from the Rondelino family’s estate in Piedmont and prepared with fresh Parmigiano; and Clarified Butter Tagliolini, homemade Tagliolini prepared ‘alla Scalini’ in a large Grana Padano Cheese Wheel.
