Hutong
Showcasing the importance of social dining, the exclusive selection includes Sichuan Razor Clams, Lobster with Pickled Chilli and an indulgent Chinese New Year Platter.
The star dish of the menu, Lobster Lo Hei, also known as ‘prosperity toss’ is a dish typically eaten during Chinese New Year, where guests gather around the table as ingredients are added one by one. The ingredients are then tossed with the belief that the higher they are tossed, the greater fortunes will be. For dessert, the Golden Fortune ends the meal on a delectable note.
Located in the bustling DIFC, diners can unwind in Hutong’s spectacular interiors, inspired by the Silk Road and admire the intricate design, bringing together strong Arabic and Chinese elements. Guests can also choose to enjoy their meals on the restaurant’s spacious and discreet private terrace.
The menu is available until 14th February.
