Celebrate The UAE’s Golden Jubilee

This National Day weekend will be bigger and better than ever as the UAE will mark its Golden Jubilee! Here is our round-up of top things to do.

Dubai

Expo 2020 Dubai will be celebrating National Day with a range of firework displays taking place during all four days, from 1^st to 4^th December, starting at 8:00pm at Al Wasl Avenue. Across all four days visitors can expect theatrical shows with 200 performers including those from participating countries.

On the 2^nd and 3^rd December guests and visitors alike can enjoy two evenings of dazzling displays from 8:00pm. On Thursday 2^nd December, guests can watch displays at The Pointe from the shores of Atlantis, The Palm’s beach and on Friday 3^rd December Atlantis will host a spectacular display over the waters of The Palm to mark this momentous event in UAE history.

Abu Dhabi

The Capital will mark the Golden Jubilee with a host of unmissable firework displays. Yas Island celebrates the 50^th UAE National Day with 4 days of roaming entertainment and live DJ from 5:00pm to 11:00pm every night throughout 1^st to 4^th December and 3 days of fireworks every night at 9:00pm from 1^st to 3^rd December at Yas Bay. On the 2^nd December enjoy a fireworks show on Abu Dhabi’s Corniche starting at 9:00pm. Al Maryah Island will also host a fireworks display on 2^nd and 3^rd December 2021 starting at 9:00pm.

In celebration of 50 years of the United Arab Emirates, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers presents a magical story-telling afternoon tea experience, featuring talented dancers and acrobatic stars from renowned international circuses. This unforgettable leisurely afternoon experience will take place every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, until the 8^th of December. The first show is at 1:00pm and 3:15pm for the second show. The one-of-a-kind event is set at AED 325 per adult and AED 285 for children under 12.
