Celebrate the Festival of Lights at Bombay Brasserie this Diwali as Chef Ajay and his team puts together a thoughtfully crafted three-course sharing style menu available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Spoilt for choice, guests can expect to indulge in a wide selection of traditionally inspired culinary delicacies, paired with special festive mocktails from the a la carte menu.
To begin, starters bring to the table the Nimbu Machli Tikka, aromatic lemon scented yogurt and house spice marinated fish cooked to tender perfection. The mains call for the Lucknowi Gosht Biryani, a seasonal ingredient infused slow cooked lamb served on a bed of basmati rice.
Alternatively guests can enjoy the Bhindi Nayantara, fresh Okra tossed in a mixture of flavorful house spices. Lastly, diners will be able to sweeten the deal with an assorted selection of classic desserts such as the Gulab Jamun, reduced milk dumplings topped with homemade cardamom syrup and the Sunfia Jalebi which features fried lentil batter with fennel lightly seasoned with black pepper to accentuate the sweetest of flavors.
Sunday October 27th 2019, from 6.00pm to 12.00 midnight. 3-course menu with one round of festival drinks, AED 215 per person.
