Dubai’s popular French farmhouse-inspired restaurant, Bleu Blanc by David Myers at Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai is excited to present its Vegan Chef’s Table Experience at the Grill Counter for a limited time only.
As part of Dubai Food Festival, Bleu Blanc by David Myers has carefully curated a vegan menu for this exclusive Chef’s Table, which will see executive chef at the restaurant, Chef Alexandre Szkaradkiewicz prepare the menu for guests to the Grill Counter on 26th and 27th February. For just AED 250 per ticket and limited to six guests only, this experience is one not to be missed for those who enjoy the popular plant-based diet.
The new menu is loaded with light favorites from Salt Baked Beets and Tomato Salad for starters, Potato Gnocchi, Sweet Potato and Asparagus Risotto to name a few wholesome mains, and finally followed by sweat treats such as Ember Roasted Berries and Pit Roasted Pineapple to complete this in-demand menu for vegan palates.
The bespoke Chef’s Table Vegan Experience with Chef Alex will be available on 26th and 27th February from 7.30pm to 10.00pm, accommodating up to six guests only on each night.
