BABA Launches Sofrasi Community Experience – Dubai

Launching on Thursday 18th March 2021, the BABA Sofrasi Community Experience – a unique dinner concept will bring people together, just like in old Turkish tradition. Over spates of sumptuous plates of traditional Ottoman cuisine, diners will also indulge in the national drink of Turkey.

To provide the full Ottoman experience, diners will enjoy five different varieties of Turkey’s national drink and traditional live music throughout.

Guests will be invited to indulge in Turkish hospitality whilst dining on a selection of mezze and hot starters, culminating in hot-off-the-grill kebabs prepared BBQ style. A selection of dishes will be created by BABA’s Community Kitchen women. BABA’s Community Kitchen features different expat women of Turkish origin, who have a passion for creating and sharing their Turkish recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Enjoy a selection of mezze, hot starters and kebabs in Chef’s table style brought to the table, plus a range of unlimited selected beverages, every Thursday from 18th March 2021, from 6.30pm to 10.00pm.
