On May 25^th, a specially curated menu will be showcased at the Michelin Guide Restaurant at W Dubai The Palm from the minds of Akira Back’s very own Chef Giovanni, and the collective’s Chef James Knight Pacheco and Chef Carlos de Garza. Starting at AED 499, the one-night-only event aims to boast exceptional culinary talents and push the boundaries of traditional cuisine.
