A New Luxurious Brunch Experience In The Desert – Abu Dhabi

Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, debuts Desert Rose Brunch for indulgent Friday afternoons.

For its opening season, The Desert Rose Brunch is hosted at the courtyard of Bait Al Hanine, set against a classic Bedouin village setting. Seamlessly combining four cuisines, the brunch is an exquisite gastronomic journey and caters to every palate.

Guests will be taken on a culinary adventure and will discover the abundance and opulence reflected in every flavourful bite through a menu consisting of delights from the Levantine, Tuscan, French and Moroccan cuisines. Featuring authentic platter of premium cold cuts of meats, Italian & French cheeses, Levantine favourites, Moroccan signature dishes, tasteful seafood presentations and a live BBQ station, The Desert Rose Brunch menu is the result of the creativity and imagination of the talented culinary team.

The highlight of the brunch is, however, the Desert Rose – a dessert comprised of frozen rose tiramisu with strawberry compote. In a true amorous fashion, the dessert is prepared in front of the guests and is presented surrounded by mist.

After a hearty feast, guests can bask under the winter sun and enjoy the vibrant colour changes of a magnificent sunset under the undulating landscape of the desert or relax in the comfort of their room. The Desert Rose Stay and Brunch experience combines a one night stay inclusive of brunch and breakfast for two persons and is priced from AED 1500.

The Desert Rose Brunch is available for booking every Friday from 1.00pm to 4.00pm and costs AED 350 per person inclusive of soft drinks. For AED 450 per person, the package includes selected beverages, and for AED 650 per person, the package consists of bubbles and house beverages.
