This exclusive event infuses Chef Bachour’s dessert creations with Dilmah’s premium teas, paired with herbal brews and mixers. The resort highlights the immersive Afternoon Tea at Lotus Lounge as the event’s centrepiece, offering handcrafted treats with unique Dilmah tea twists.
Chef Bachour, having garnered global acclaim for his pastry prowess, will introduce a blend of flavours and textures, including his famed 100% chocolate cake, airy shortcakes, Black Forest cakes, and more tempting treats. Anantara invites guests to an afternoon were teas and pastries merge seamlessly.
