99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant launches its Friday Zeitaku Brunch

Abu Dhabi’s fine-dining favourite, 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant, located in The Galleria, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, replaces its brunch. The brand new offering is set to entice the Abu Dhabi crowd for an afternoon of lavish dining and signature beverages.

Fans of the haute-dining concept can experience an impressive 11-course a la carte set menu from 1.00pm until sunset. Guests can relax at the charming outdoor bar located on the terrace with flawless views of the waterfront set against the smooth tones of a live saxophonist as the sun sets in the capital.

The brunch extravaganza commences with fresh Hosomaki and Edamame, igniting taste buds with the authentic flavours of Japan. Experience the Okonomiyaki; a homemade corn tortilla with fresh tuna usuzukuri, generously topped with tare sauce.

Highlights from the mains include the soft and tender Fatty Tuna and smoked Bacon Beef Taco, infusing flavors, delivering a memorable contemporary delicacy. Delight in the crispy Tiger Prawn Tempura flattered impeccably with a vibrant and spicy creamy sauce. No offering at 99 Sushi is complete without a fresh selection of Nigiris; silver-plating Butterfish with truffle, Fatty Tuna, Salmon Flambe with lime and Scallop.

One not to miss, carnivorous diners can relish over the Skirt Steak generously topped with Galangal Sauce. Complete the final course with a homemade traditional sweet-ending, Ichigo Mochi Ice Cream.
