Hoi An has enhanced its dinnertime offering with Super Sapa, an all-you-can-eat menu featuring authentic Vietnamese delicacies available from 6.00pm until 7.30pm, Wednesday to Monday.
Super Sapa offers the perfect solution for anyone who wants to enjoy both a relaxed atmosphere and discover some good food. Ta Van Ninh, chef de cuisine at Hoi An, has designed the new menu inspired by the wholesome, homely meals cooked in the kitchens of the Sa Pa region in northwest Vietnam.
The selection of appetisers include creatic dishes like Banana Blossom Salad with Chicken and Grilled Minced Duck in Cha Plu Leaf. Mains include a choice of fresh Vermicelli Noodles served with Fresh Herb and Chicken, Steamed Fish with Green Ginger and Soya Sauce, and Sautéed Diced Beef. Completing the meal on a sweet note is an array of traditional desserts like Roasted Banana with Coconut Ice Cream and Vietnamese Sticky Rice Cake with Ginger Sugar Syrup and Coconut Sauce.
The Super Sapa dinner with soft drinks is priced at AED 148 or AED 198 with selected beverages.
